Elegant vintage Heron cranes pattern plate. This Arita style porcelain piece boast blue and white design with brown edges. It was made Kozangama studio and imported by Fitz and Floyd. The backstamp on the bottom is a blue glaze signature from Kozangama of Mino. The “FF Japan” sticker is from Fitz and Floyd, made in Japan. 

In an excellent vintage condition!

Kozangama is a house brand of the Maebata China Corporation. According to the book "Visiting the Mino Kilns" by Janet Barriskill, the company began in 1945. The headquarters are located In Maebata-cho in Tajimi.
