Very beautiful and excellently crafted tribal Aztec earrings. 950 Sterling Silver and black enamel, these dangle post earrings feature a reclining person holding a bowl, know as Chac Mool. It is thought that the bowls received offerings to the gods. The earrings are marked at the back "TS 141 MEXICO 950", indicating they were made in Taxco, Mexico. Some old patina as you can see in the photos, in a very good vintage condition!
