This bracelet is a very nostalgic piece of Mediterranean jewelry. You have here a pure finest 1000 Silver panel bracelet with some panels dedicated to the Island of Rhodes and others to the Islet of Pontikonissi in Corfu. It is very interesting that the spelling of words on the bracelet is not the same than today, probably because the artisans had limited knowledge of english or maybe they used old local names for the places on the bracelet. The bracelet's panel are from 1910s-1930s and are made with pure silver but the rings connecting the panels and the clasp are brass silver-plated and much more modern. This bracelet is a pretty piece for Greece lovers and collectors. Yo will enjoy it very much! In a very good Antique condition!
