RARE piece! Ethnographic Native American 1900-1950: Father, Mother & Child textile doll made with fragments of true Peruvian mummy's clothes from burial sites all over central Peru. They are usually made by members of the cultural group of Chancay using the antique weaving remnants and imitating the original dolls or figurines in use by their ancestors a millennia ago. This dolls in number of few hundred were sold as souvenirs in Peru in the 1960s and even 1970s. Today they are a true treasure for collectors.
