Vintage 1960s zapotec Chimayo rug. Hand woven wall hanging or small table runner made of wool. There is a woven-in wool fringe at the top and bottom. This small rug does not have a tag, but definitely shows the talents of a master weaver. The weaving is definitely skillfully made of fine grade wool. Condition: Tapestry is lightly dirty with some surface wear present in material along outer tassel edges. Last threat is loose but still there on place. In very good vintage condition.
